Intricate detail was the challenge in creating the Mellow Mushroom’s entrance sign. We modeled it in 3-D to get precise measurements. Exacting fabrication was essential. We also developed some special effects with the LED lighting system. The sun shining on one side turns to a crescent moon when the sign is lit at night. The marquee light bulbs are actually specially designed acrylic and LEDs that create the illusion of classic marquee lighting.
